Afro Samurai

Synopsis

In the “dark way of the swordsman”, whoever holds the Number One headband rules the world. There is only one rule: the Number Two alone is allowed to fight the Number One.

As a small boy he saw his father slaughtered before his eyes, and he swears revenge on the killer, a gunman by the name of Justice. Years go by, and the boy, now a man, has become Afro Samurai, who wears the Number Two headband.

When he comes to a small town with Ninja Ninja, a wisecracking fellow traveler, small fry attack them. There Afro learns that his enemy is on Mount Shumi… without knowing that the mysterious religious order of the “Empty Seven” is watching him.
