Synopsis

Zed, a fifteen-year-old boy who lives in the city of Calm, spent his days with a frustration he had nowhere to vent. He feels that somewhere there is a place where he could make more of himself.

One day, drawn by a mysterious wind, Zed leaps into a rift in space-time. In search of the “answer” that may lie beyond it.

Riding the wind, he came down in another world, where the Shard Casters, who wield the crystals of magical power called Shards, compete fiercely with one another, and rival domains wage a war with no end in sight.

The Shard Casters use the power of the Shards to command at will both magic and the monsters called Spirits. Fascinated by that power, Zed sets out to become a Shard Caster himself.

But Zed did not know yet. That Amil Gaoul, a mighty Spirit with the power to decide the fate of this world, dwells within him.
