Photon: The Idiot Adventures

Synopsis

An age that might be the far future or, for all anyone knows, the past… On a certain planet, a great cataclysm of unknown cause, which badly warped the planet’s axis, wiped out civilized society, and close to 90% of the whole planet had turned to desert.

In a village of that world, a problem had come up. Aun, the village chief’s granddaughter, had fallen in love at first sight with a wandering minstrel who came to perform on his Aho instrument, and had run off after him, taking the village’s treasure with her.

Photon, asked by the chief to bring her back, somehow manages to get the village’s treasure back from Aun but cannot bring her home, and instead ends up thrown by her Aho to the bottom of the “Valley of Treasure”!

There Photon discovers a strange, enormous lump of iron. It was the wreck of Keyne’s spaceship, which had crashed in this land a full 700 years before…
