Synopsis
Seiya has lost his powers in the fight to the death with Hades, the king of the underworld, and is left an empty shell. But Artemis, the goddess of the moon, elder sister of Athena and one of the Twelve Olympians, sends three Angels to do away with Seiya, who defied the gods.
Saori, however, stands in their way, and saves Seiya’s life on the condition that she give up her place as Athena and hand the earthly world over to Artemis.
Artemis, now ruler of the earthly world, sets out to destroy a tainted mankind, while Saori, who has lost her power as a goddess, tries to protect mankind by shedding her own blood…
At that moment, Seiya’s finger, which should not be able to move, moved! To protect the earthly world and Saori, Seiya heads for the Sanctuary, all but crawling. Shiryu, Hyoga, Shun, Ikki and the others head for Athena too, but the Angels appear in their path.
Seiya and his friends fight on, though wounded all over. Before long, not only Artemis but also an Olympian god, Athena’s elder brother, appears before them.
Can Seiya and his friends really defeat a god who boasts of being the strongest in the whole universe? Can they protect Saori and mankind!?
